Join us for the 28th Annual Lubbock Meals on Wheels Mardi Gras! This lively, family-friendly celebration is always a blast, and it’s LMOW’s biggest fundraiser of the year.
From 5:30–8:30 p.m. at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Exhibit Hall, enjoy 40+ food booths featuring favorites from local restaurants, music by Bo Garza, a huge silent auction, cash bars, children’s activities, a benefit drawing, Mardi Gras beads and plenty of purple, green and gold!
Our Children’s Area will feature bouncers, face and hair painting, and more—all included with admission.
And don’t forget to stop by Character Selfies Photo Booth for a fun Mardi Gras photo.

Purchase tickets online, in advance at Lubbock Meals on Wheels, at any Select-A-Seat location (service charge applies), or for $55 at the door.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards (no American Express, please). We’re happy to mail your tickets or hold them for you at the door.

Carnival season marks the festive weeks leading up to Mardi Gras, filled with parades, costumes, music and celebration. And those famous Mardi Gras colors have meaning: purple for justice, green for faith and gold for power.
